Aaron Siemienowicz
Member/General Manager
Aaron Siemienowicz for is responsible for sales, marketing, project management, purchasing, contract and subcontract review and approval for structural steel construction management services. Aaron served in the U.S. Army before earning an engineering degree from Clarkson University and has previously worked in the Civil Engineering field as a project engineer.
John Siemienowicz
Founding Member
Mr. Siemienowicz has served as an executive team member in major steel design and fabrication companies across the Northeast. Mr. Siemienowicz has been involved in all aspects of structural steel fabrication since 1979, including bidding, fabrication, detailing and erection for both building and bridge structures. Mr. Siemienowicz holds an Associate’s Degree in Civil Technology from State University Agriculture and Technical College in Delhi, New York (1979). Mr. Siemienowicz is a member of the Milford Rotary Club, where he served as District Governor (2021-2022).
Carol Gray
Office Manager
Carol Gray is the Office Manager at Jay Steel. She is responsible for document control, assists estimating and project management, and handles the day to day operations of the office. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH (1994). She has been with Jay Steel for over 16 years and has 29 years of experience in Administration.
Carolyn Howard
Controller
Carolyn Howard is the Controller here at Jay Steel. She joined us in May of 2018 bringing with her 30+ years of accounting experience in the steel industry. In 2012, she started a 6-year hiatus from the steel industry and worked in accounting for the insurance and employee leasing industries. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Orono. She is responsible for all accounting aspects of our company.
Lucas Tabolt
Operations Manager
Lucas Tabolt is responsible for project management, marketing and drafting secondary proposals and estimates. He has six years of past experience with a Central New York based Consulting Engineering firm and over eight years of experience in engineering design, construction management, contract coordination and the development of plans and specifications for municipal and private projects. Lucas holds an Associate Degree in Engineering Science from Jefferson Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York State and a member of AISC and SENH.
Ben Moser
Project Manager
Ben Moser is our newest project manager. He is responsible for project management from project award through completion.
Josh Yousey
Estimator
Josh Yousey (pronounced yow-ze) is the newest estimator here at Jay Steel. Josh earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York (2010) and continues to expand his knowledge of all aspects of engineering through personal research and his many hobbies. He has been an avid car enthusiast from a young age which is what steered him to becoming an Engineer. As a member of the Sports Car Club of New Hampshire (SCCNH), he has built multiple vehicles to participate in autocross, rallycross, stage rally and sanctioned drag racing events.
Michael Taylor
Senior Estimator
Michael Taylor is responsible for Estimating, to include contract drawing review, soliciting and qualifying subcontractor bids and preparation of Jay Steel proposals. Mike is responsible for follow up with the general contractor/construction manager by reviewing customer scopes, Letters of Intent and contracts. He is responsible for generating all work orders for subcontracted work with our many vendors. Mike has worked in the structural steel industry since 1981 in various roles as a fabricator, welder, painter, truck driver, miscellaneous metals fabricator, shop foreman, project manager, purchaser and general manager. He is an active member of the local Harley Owner’s Group (15 years+) and enjoys hunting, fishing and camping.
